For my pop music project I chose the song "Heat of the moment" by Asia. I chose it because its one of my favorite songs and its from the 80's.
Their career had started in 1982 during the disco era. But they weren't really that disco-ish they were more on the rock side.
They were known for their arena rock and/or pop music. They were a huge hit for the 80's, everyone liked their music.
Thier influences on music were qango and GPS the bands.
The bassist, John Wetton was earlier in the bands Crimson king, U.K., Family, and Roxy music. So the bassist "John Wetton" had very good experience.
Their most popular songs are "Heat of th moment", "Only time will tell", "Alpha", and "Don't cry" and their all from their greatest hits album.

They were all from London, England and how they met was they all already played separably on the radio, then they all heard each other and found each other and started a band.
They play arena rock, pop, and rock "n" roll music.
Most of their lyrics in their songs are usually about stories of when they were young are about love that they have or love that they had lost.
Their life before being music stars or rock stars was boring to them so they went into music and now they are one of the best bands of the 80's.
Their music changed a little bit from beginning to the end because they first sang about just happy things and last they sang about love and stories of when they were younger. Also, in the beginning they played rock “n” roll and in the end they sung relaxed less rock-ish softer music.
The members of the band are John Wetton (the old bassist but now the singer), Geoffrey Downs on the keyboard, Steve Howie on guitar, and Carl Palmer on drums.

They had broken up once… well the singer quit but their back together. But they were only broken up for about a year or two.

jason,
like many kids in class, you have the info, but it reads like a list, can you put some transitions in and make it flow? Also, your lead makes me sleepy....zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

They had broken up once… well the singer quit but their back together. But fortunately they were only broken up for about a year or two.

i get what you are saying here, but try not to be so chatty and informal. also, this is about the band, not the song. that should go in the analysis.
